Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Go1One (go1one.com and the Go1One desktop app). By creating an account or using Go1One you agree to them. If you use Go1One for a business, you accept them on its behalf.

2. The service

Go1One lets you edit videos and pictures, store them, and schedule and publish them to social media accounts you connect. Some features use AI and some run on your own device. Features may change as we improve the service.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
• Tell us at [email protected] if you think your account was used without permission.

4. Your content

• You keep all rights to the content you upload or create. We do not claim ownership of it.
• You give us permission to store, process, edit and publish your content only as needed to provide the features you use, such as publishing a post to the account you choose at the time you choose.
• You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload or publish, including music, video clips and pictures of other people.

5. Connected platforms

When you connect a platform you also agree to its terms, and you must follow its rules for what you publish. By using the YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Platform access works through each platform's official API and can be removed by you at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for changes, limits or outages of the platforms themselves.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Go1One to:

• publish illegal, harmful, hateful or sexually explicit content, or content involving minors in any harmful way;
• infringe others' copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights;
• send spam, deceive people, impersonate others, or manipulate platforms (fake engagement, mass automated posting against their rules);
• break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits or security of the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. AI features

AI results (such as subtitles, translations, voices, dubbing or generated pictures) can be wrong or imperfect. Check them before you publish. Do not use AI features to imitate a real person's voice or face without their permission.

8. Plans and payments

• Paid plans and AI credits are billed in advance through Stripe, at the prices shown when you buy.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
• Limits of each plan (storage, exports, accounts, AI use) are shown on the pricing page.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Go1One and delete your account at any time in Settings or on the data deletion page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Go1One is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important content. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app or by email when the change is significant.
