Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Go1One ("we", "our", "us") runs go1one.com and the Go1One desktop app: a tool to edit videos and pictures and to schedule and publish them to your own social media accounts. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. Contact: [email protected].

2. Information we collect

• Account: your name, email address and password (stored only as a hash), or the basic profile from the sign-in provider you choose.
• Connected social accounts: when you connect YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X or LinkedIn, we receive access tokens and basic profile information (account ID, name, username, profile picture) from that platform, only with the permissions you approve.
• Your content: videos, pictures, sounds and text you upload, the edits you make, captions, and the posts you schedule, with their publishing results.
• Billing: your plan and payment status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: log data such as IP address, browser, times of sign-in and errors, used to keep the service secure and working.

3. How we use it

• To run your account and the features you use (editing, storage, scheduling, publishing).
• To publish content to your connected accounts, only when you ask us to (a post you create or schedule).
• To run AI features (such as subtitles, translation, voices or dubbing) when you use them, on the content you choose.
• To provide support, prevent abuse, and fix and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not show ads, and we do not use your content or your platform data to train AI models.

4. Data from connected platforms

We use each platform's data only to provide the features you see in Go1One, and never share it with anyone except to perform an action you requested on that same platform.

• YouTube and Google: Go1One uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Go1One's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove Go1One's access at any time on your Google security settings page.
• TikTok: used to show your account name and picture and to upload or publish the videos you choose, with the privacy and interaction settings you pick for each post.
• Facebook and Instagram (Meta): used to list the Pages and professional accounts you choose and to publish the posts you create to them.
• X and LinkedIn: used to show your profile and publish the posts you create.

You can disconnect any account at any time in Go1One (Accounts); its tokens are then deleted from our database. You can also remove Go1One's access from the platform's own settings.

5. Services that process data for us

We use trusted providers to run Go1One. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service:

• Oracle Cloud (servers that run the website and media processing)
• Neon (database)
• Backblaze B2 and Cloudflare (file storage and delivery, including Cloudflare R2; Cloudflare also protects the website)
• Stripe (payments)
• AI providers, only for the AI feature you use and only the content needed for it: Groq, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, DeepSeek, fal.ai and ElevenLabs

Some features run entirely on your own device (in your browser or the Go1One desktop app), such as on-device subtitles, voices and background removal; that content is not sent to us for those features.

6. Keeping and deleting your data

• We keep your data while your account is active.
• When you delete a file, it is removed from our storage, including its delivery copies.
• You can delete your account and all its data at any time in Settings, or by request on our data deletion page; requests are completed within 30 days. Backup copies are removed when they expire.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, encrypted storage of platform tokens and service keys, signed and expiring links to your files, and access limited to what each part of the service needs.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or limit how we use it. Most of this is available in your account; for anything else, write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.

10. Children

Go1One is not meant for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app or by email when the change is significant.
